Who is Cedric ?
[/vc_column_text][minti_spacer height=”20″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Cedric Lepine is a 38-year-old professional drummer from the Basque Country who started playing drums at a very young age, since he has been playing since he was 5 years old. First at the conservatory from 6 to 11, he then entered the prestigious Agostini School at the age of 11 until he was 16. He started working with B. Lavilliers and Cesaria Evora until 2005.
However, it is in the Basque Country that Cedric decided to come back, because he finds a lot of opportunities in his native country. Cédric is currently drummer in four different projects, both in the Basque Country and Bordeaux as far as Madrid: Torii, Tristtan Mourguy eta Horeba, Kinnine, Ekiza… A drummer with a full agenda![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][minti_image img=”17769″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][minti_spacer][vc_column_text]In addition to playing in four bands, Cedric is also a drum teacher at Rock Eskola de l’Atabal in Biarritz, as well as at La Locomotive, located in Bayonne. He is endorsed Serial Drummer, Evans, Promark and now at Senstroke.
Involved in many local projects, Cédric is a strong supporter of the “Esker 1000” project. This project aims to bring together 1000 musicians playing Basque music classics at the same time.
