The Beautiful People by Marilyn Manson is now available in the WeGroove app.
The Beautiful People is a track by the American singer Marilyn Manson, released as a single on September 22, 1996, as part of the album Antichrist Superstar.
The clip has the particularity to be disturbing for some people. We see the band playing the song in an old building.
Marilyn Manson: origins
Marilyn Manson comes from the contraction of Marilyn Monroe (model, actress, American singer) and Charles Manson (musician, American criminal).
He begins his musical career with the guitarist Scott Putesky with whom he forms the band Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids. Eventually, it will be shortened to Marilyn Manson.
In 1994, they release their first album Portrait of an American Family produced by Trent Reznor, singer of Nine Inch Nails, who will invite them on the Self Destruct Tour, followed by the release of Smells Like a Children in 1995.
This was followed by the release of Antichrist Superstar in 1996, a legendary album in the music industry. More than twenty years of tours and albums pass and the character of Marilyn Manson still remains a legend in the music world.
